i was bored last night and was talking to my friends who were currentlyplaying and talking about fallout 3, being a fan of the game i decided to draw another fallout picture. this one is an Enclave Soldier with tesla armor and a ripper, enjoy. it took about ehh 7 - 8 hours.

Every time I hear the word ' Enclave' my insides go numb for some reason. Every time I see a picture of a tornado it makes me feel like my stomach is tied in 2 knots. This is a great picture though!
